Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 4, 2026

ZomZam is a game site, not a data business. This page explains exactly what is stored when you play, what our server logs, and what would change if third-party advertising is ever switched on.

Information stored on your device

ZomZam uses your browser's local storage to remember your own game results — for example whether you have played today's board and what you scored. This data stays on your device, is never transmitted to us and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings. We do not set an account, and we do not sell or rent personal information.

Server logs

Like every website, ZomZam is served by a hosting provider that records basic technical data for security and reliability: the page requested, the time of the request, an approximate region and a truncated user agent. These logs are kept for a short period, are not used to build personal profiles and are not combined with your game results.

Cookies

ZomZam does not currently set advertising or tracking cookies. Game state is kept in local storage, not in a marketing cookie. If advertising is enabled in the future, this policy will be updated before any advertising cookie is set.

Third-party advertising

ZomZam may in the future display advertising from third-party advertising partners. If we do, third-party advertising partners may use cookies and web beacons to collect information about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services that may interest you. Those partners may also use web beacons, pixels or similar technologies to measure the performance of the advertisements they serve.

Such partners would operate under their own privacy policies, and you would always be able to opt out of personalised advertising through your browser settings and industry opt-out tools. Advertising is never shown inside the game area, and we do not use interstitial or pop-up formats.

Analytics

If we measure traffic, we do so in aggregate: page views and rough country, with no personal identifiers and no cross-site tracking. Aggregate numbers help us decide which prompts and pages to improve.

Children

ZomZam is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The game needs no account and stores results only on the player's own device.

Your rights

Because we do not hold accounts or personal profiles, there is little to request. If you believe we hold information about you, email hello@zomzam.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, and to object to certain processing.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the update date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes — particularly anything that would introduce third-party advertising cookies — will be announced on the site before they take effect.
